This service commenced in 1994 funded by Grants-In-Aid and was then formally established through bylaw in 1997 to provide a conventional (low frequency) transit service between Lumby and Vernon and Armstrong/Enderby and Vernon in partnership with BC Transit. The RDNO is responsible for administering the Annual Operating Agreement with BC Transit, budgeting, distributing and tracking fares (passes/tickets) and acting as liaison between BC Transit and each municipality involved in the service.
